At Glow Skin & Spa, we require a 50% deposit when booking in all treatments. Appointments rescheduled, or cancelled within 48 hours of your booking will result in your deposit being forfeited. No-shows forfeit their deposit. Please note that if you have paid your package or treatment in full prior to your appointment and need to reschedule, 50% to the value of the treatment will be forfeited. No-shows WILL forfeit the full treatment amount if paid in full prior. Treatments that have not paid a deposit due to paying by gift voucher, will incur the same penalties and will be deducted from their gift voucher amount. Memberships will incur the same penalties and 50% of the monthly membership fee will be required to be paid prior to booking any more treatments. We’re very accommodating and understanding and will help where we can.
