Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
Membership is $100 a month, billed monthly, with a 3-month minimum. After your first term you can commit to another 3 months or longer. To pause or cancel, we need 30 days' notice.
Can I use my skin bank credit on products?
Skin bank credit applies to facial upgrades only. As a member you also receive 5% off products.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please give 48 hours' notice. Your session carries forward; it doesn't disappear. It must be used within 30 days of the previous month's appointment.
