Nurse consultation
We discuss your concerns, goals, lifestyle and medical history, and look at all your options, including advanced skin treatments.
Prescriber consultation
If a prescription treatment may be suitable, you'll have a real-time video consultation with an authorised prescriber through Juvae. They decide whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Time to decide
You'll receive clear written information on risks, recovery and costs. There's no obligation to go ahead, and you're welcome to take time to think it over.
Treatment & aftercare
If you choose to proceed, treatment is performed by our Registered Nurse, followed by aftercare guidance and a follow-up review.

Why this page doesn't list treatments or prices
Australian law (TGA and Ahpra) doesn't allow clinics to advertise prescription-only treatments, show before-and-after photos, or list their prices online. These rules are there to protect you, and they're exactly why every aesthetic journey at Glow starts with a proper conversation.

Risks & recovery
All cosmetic procedures carry risks. Common short-term effects can include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness and headache. Less common but serious complications can occur. Results vary between individuals and no outcome can be guaranteed. Your practitioner will explain the specific risks, recovery time and likely outcomes for you during your consultation.
Who is this not suitable for?
We do not perform cosmetic aesthetic treatments on anyone under 18. Treatment may also be unsuitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain medical conditions or medications. This is assessed at your consultation.

Who is the aesthetic nurse at Glow?
Esther Ferris is a Registered Nurse (Ahpra NMW0001864132), registered since 2013, with postgraduate qualifications in critical care, clinical nursing and healthcare leadership. She is the owner and Clinical Director of Glow Skin & Spa.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes, always. You'll have a consultation with Esther first. If a prescription treatment may be suitable, you'll also have a real-time video consultation with an authorised prescriber through Juvae, who decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
How much is a consultation?
A $50 deposit is taken when you book online. It's fully refundable if you're not suitable for any treatment options, and included in your total treatment cost if you go ahead.
Under TGA and Ahpra rules, we're not permitted to advertise prices for prescription-only (Schedule 4) medicines. All costs are explained at your consultation and provided in writing before any treatment goes ahead.
